WPF Framework support for Narrator

Does the WPF Framework has full support for Narrator or are there some scenario that are not supported?

e.g. The Slider widget speaks only the percentage value on touch screen platforms. (If min = 20, max = 100 and current value is 60, Narrator would read "50 percent")
