How do I update strictly offline devices from version 1809 to 1909 without WSUS?

Greetings,

I have strictly offline workstations that are currently Win10 Pro version 1809. Since1809 is soon to be end of service, I need to update the version. I don't have a WSUS server, so I sneakernet updates to the machines using the update catalog. The feature update looks like it is unavailable through the Microsoft Update Catalog.

    I used the current media creation tool to update to the latest version 20H2. I verified that the hardened configuration settings have stayed the same.

    For others,
    I installed the media creation tool (MCT) on an external drive. I logged in normally and did not boot into the MCT. I opened the drive and executed the "Setup.exe". Then I checked the box to keep my files and applications. Let the program run for over an hour and success!

    Hi,
    The latest version of Windows 10 is 20H2, you can download the ISO from the official link:
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
    Microsoft no long offer the links to get a 1909 ISO, even though the ISO is still on their servers. You can use Option Six in this tutorial to get a 1909 ISO direct from the following link:

    I'm going to try the latest 20H2. Will using the ISO or Media Creation Tool allow me to do an upgrade or will it wipe the system and give me a fresh Win10 install?
