If you want to have Azure AD handle provisioning of users and groups to ServiceNow, provisioning will need to be configured and that will require providing appropriately authorized credentials. If the person who normally manages applications in Azure AD is not permitted to have such credentials, they should be able to delegate application owner permissions on just the ServiceNow application to someone who is able to provide those credentials. User provisioning from Azure AD to ServiceNow without using Azure ServiceNow connector ??
Is there an alternative to provision users to Servicenow from Azure without using Azure ServiceNow Enterprise connector? Our solution is not allowing to provide ServiceNow admin user name to users for configuration. TIA
