Unable to associate microsoft learnign account in partner center

Question

I am trying to associate personal learning id with Microsoft partner centre id. But getting error like "You do not have Learning account registered with hasnr_suresh@harsh.com .com. Either try associating with a different Microsoft account, or complete the registration at www.microsoft.com/learning and try associating the account again.".

Would appreciate your support on this.

In 9/10 the issue is your Certification Profile is not updated correctly or empty so check that first.
