Migrate Serveur to Azure, how we can connect with AD ?

Suppose we have a hybrid architecture (Local AD / Ad Connect / Azure AD + Local Exchange) and our users connect with their AD identity to the Vmware server.

We will plan the migration of our Vmware servers to Azure and we will create a VPN between the two (Azure and On promise)

Can users connect with their AD synchronized to Azure VM?

If we would like to migrate all the Vmware infrastructure to Azure, how could we keep the authentication of our users with their current access? How will we do with the domain name we are currently using with AD? Do we also migrate the local AD to Azure?

    Hi @Trabelsi Mohamed , you can sync authentication between AD and Azure AD by using AAD Connect sync. Were there any other parts of the migration that you needed assistance with?
