Unable to install VSTO Excel Addin

I have a working vsto office addin but unable to install using the setup.exe installer. Keep getting a "Customized functionality in this application will not work because the certificate".

    First line:

    Customized functionality in this application will not work because the certificate used to sign the deployment manifest for MyAppLetterAddIn or its location is not trusted.

    Right click on installation setupu and add Certificate to trust.
    Move your installation to user files location (not from downloads)
