I am unable to see my 98-349:MTA: Windows® Operating System Fundamentals certification or even the exam that I took on 8/15/2018 In my Microsoft Certification dashboard. Can you please tell me what I have to do to ensure that it is listed there?

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd logon here with same credentials used for testing

    I just spent two hours trying to do exactly what you asked. I am unable to submit a form to request help because no matter what I enter in the "TAG" box on the submission form I receive this error: Tags are required. Select between 1 and 5 tags for the service that applies to your question.
