Granting Consent for all permissions fails with cryptic error

I have been granting permissions to an application on Azure Portal, I attempted to add ALL the Delegated and Application permissions, however when granting consent, I got the following error. The error occurred when granting admin consent for the Application Permissions. It seems like an internal error from deep within the stack because the request my browser made had content-length of 255. Its an extreme example but a good question, what if a user wanted to grant an application ALL permissions?

Attempting to grant consent using the URL, I received the following error:-

AADSTS650051: Value length '14144' is out of the valid range of '1' to '8000' for property 'DelegationScope'.

    @George Ndungu
    Thank you for your time and patience throughout this issue!

    My team was able to reproduce your issue and see that the request is hitting a limitation, we've raised a bug with the doc author to include this info into our Microsoft Graph documentation - GitHub issue for your reference. There's also a user voice item for the same exact concern, so I'd recommend upvoting this feature to get this looked at by our engineering teams.

    If you have any other questions, please let me know.
