What applications are you asking about?

I'd contact the application developer support about this problem. Windows does not control this behavior.

    Hi,
For the general RDP related credential not saving issues, we would suggest to check from two places:

1.Whether or not has enabled the group policy of Allow Credentials Delegation
Local Computer Policy > Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Credentials Delegation

2.Check if credential manager in clients side has stored related info.

But since there is third party application tool involved, and please also confirm if the credentials not saving issue only occurred for the specific application. It is suggested to check with the application provider for more details.

Hope this helps and please help to accept as Answer if the response is useful.

    Thanks,
    Jenny
