Can standalone (not joined to domain ) Windows Server 2019 VM be configured to install updates automatically?

I have such VM via small hosting provider (use it for software development) and once in a while when I login I am informed there are updates available. I get them downloaded, installed and then I reboot.

I would rather prefer all this to be done automatically - downloading, installing and rebooting. Because I don't log in that often I really want VM to be protected as soon as possible.

Is there way to configure this? I checked all the settings under "Windows Update" but haven't found a way to set it up.

You can set the one to Enabled. set it to 4 = Automatically download updates and install them on the schedule specified below, and check the box for Install during automatic maintenance
