Count the total capacity of mail received by the Exchange server in a given time range

Hi EE,

Many PowerShell scripts have lost since the TechNet Gallery has been retired. And we're trying to count the total number and total capacity of mails sent & received among the internal Exchange users in a period of time. Any help would be appreciated.
