Budgeting Azure VM

Hello,
I am trying to create a Win VM as a substitute for my home desktop PC upgradation. I am fumbling to estimate how much it would cost me for one year. If any brilliant mind can provide a rough estimate based on following requirements, how much will be the running cost, including storage, VM, I/O etc.

  • VM 2vCPU, 4GB or 8GB ram.
  • Region US East or West
  • Storage P3 or P4
  • Monthly 350 hours running time (will be kept off during remaining hours).
  • No fixed IP
  • Daily regular personal usage, no heavy I/O
  • Personal subscription of Win and Office.

    @MPVM By putting values in Azure Pricing Calculator the rough estimate comes around 33.60$ excluding managed disk.
