Can successfully send emails to User mailbox in Exchange Online ?
Did you try to create a new distribution list in Exchange Online and send an email to it?
- If you enable the “Auto-Complete” function, please try to click the “X” when you type the recipient mailbox address and manually to type the mailbox address.
- Please make sure that the connector configuration in Exchange online is correct. If you choose the Full Hybrid configuration when you run HCW, then the connector will be automatically configured for you.
- Please make sure there is no exists related transport rule could affect the mail flow.
