I am using the Web application of MDS. Recently we migrated to the newest version of MDS and all functions are working properly. However, since the migration we have been having issues when copying existing Members (Records) in an Entity within the Explorer. Our Entities have an automatic generated Code field (checked box within System Administartion --> Entitity). When copying an existing Member (record) within our Entity, now the Code field of the copy fills to the Code value of the original member with an extension (e.g. 1_Copyb1a16769b). Previous to the migration, the Code field was filled 'normally' by just increasing the maximum of the Copy field by 1 (e.g. highest code was 30, copied record gets 31). I can't find anything about this in the MDS documentation or online, anyone has an idea as to how to change this?
