Office home & student 2019 product key problem.

Good day,

I do have Office Home & Student 2019 and I've never used it and supposedly this is the first time of using it. So I created an account and while signing up I used uppercase for the two letters of my email. But when I tried to put my product key for the said item it keeps on saying that it is for another email and the said email is the same as what I've created but in all lowercase form. To make the long story short I don't what to know and I'm freaking out I really need this office.

Please somebody help me. I'm begging you.

    Where did you enter your product key?
    To redeem the Office 2019, please go to www.office.com/setup or Microsoft365.com/setup.

    If this error message also prompted on those 2 links, this redemption process may be finished.
    Could you please use this email account with lowercase letters log into Services & subscriptions?

    1. If you see the Office product like the following image, the account with lowercase letters form has been successfully bound to your Office, that you can install or reinstall Office later via this Microsoft account.

    2. If the account could not be logined into Services & subscriptions, please try the suggestions mentioned in article "I forgot the username or password for the account I use with Office".

    Yes actually, I can log in the problem is whenever I was logged it routes me to the one with uppercase.
