can not delete tenant

I have a tenant that has no resources assigned to it (I moved all resources to a different tenant). I want to delete the tenant and when I try to in AD, all checks pass except one: I am told that "To delete 'xxxxxx' organization, please remove the seat-based subscriptions which are still associated with your tenant. Go to Store For Business to fully deprovision the subscriptions by placing them into a Delete state even if they have already been canceled."

But when I click on the "Store For Business" link, I can see that there are no subscriptions associated with this tenant.

This is so frustrating - I spent at least 2 hours on something that should take 5 minutes.

@edmondo If you have already followed https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/enterprise-users/directory-delete-howto to delete a tenant
And have verified there is no subscriptions showing under office 365 portal and no self signed products showing in Azure portal, and you still get the same issue, email us at azcommunity[at]microsoft[dot]com with subject "Attn - Vipul" and we can take a look at this.
