    It's a desktop pc (no build-in keyboard)?
What happens if you disconnect the usb keyboard? You still see the "typing"?
Any chance to use a different usb keyboard? Or test the keyboard with a different pc?
Any other device connected, for instance via Bluetooth, that can cause the typing?

    Hi,

If a different keyboard doesn't solve the issue, let's try something from update side.

    1. Search for winver and press enter
    2. Make sure the version is 2004 or 20H2
    3. Before installing KB4601319, please install the latest SSU KB4598481
    4. Install KB4601319

Please take care when choosing which KB to download, there are quite a lot KBs for different systems, e.g. ARM64, x86 and x64

Microsoft strongly recommends you install the latest servicing stack update (SSU) for your operating system before installing the latest cumulative update (LCU). SSUs improve the reliability of the update process to mitigate potential issues while installing the LCU and applying Microsoft security fixes.
