MDT - Failure when attempting to copy boot files & Verify BCDBootEx Errors

Hi,
I tried to deploy a capture W2016 image to a physical computer with preinstalled W10 via MDT 6.3.8456. I am getting "Failure when attempting to copy boot files." in ztiRunCommandHidden. and "Verify BCDBootEx" BDD.log.

I appreciate any suggestion and thanks in advance.

I am getting below error:
