Guest user is unable to access accept invitation- Azure AD

@AmanpreetSingh-MSFT please help to resolve the below issue.

Only one guest user is not able to accept the invitation. he is getting below error.
Can you check and help to resolve the issue?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    The sign-in is blocked due to tenant restrictions.

    If it's your own tenant policy, you can change restricted tenant settings to fix this issue. Read this article to learn more details about Tenant restriction.

    To verify restricted Sign-in, Go to https://aad.portal.azure.com/#blade/Microsoft_AAD_IAM/SignInEventsRestrictedBlade

    In case, your partner need to unblock your Tenant, then contact your partner IT department and whitelist your tenant from restriction.

    @sikumars-msft Thanks for responding,

    This screenshot is shared by our client (the user we invited). So Could you please confirm what configuration needs to be done at the client tenant?.

    He is able to access the invitation on his Mobile phone but not on his office laptop.

    We have already added @clientdomain in AzureAD external identities.
