I am getting HTTP Error 502.4 - Bad Gateway error while trying to open my HTTPS website.

In the Binding file I have created two binding file. One for Http & Other for Https. I have the valid certificate also. I can able to open the site using http but when I am using https it gives me an error 502.4 - Bad Gateway - No appropriate server could be found to route the request.
Please help me in order to solve this issue.
