Hello @Rakesh kumar ,
Thank you for posting here.
Based on the description, when the laptop is not in the domain, the users can use finger print option.
But when we add the laptop to the domain, the users can not use finger print option.
Would you please confirm the information below:
1.Your laptops are joined on-premise AD or AAD?
2.You are not able to use finger print in any of laptop when the laptop is in the domain, could you please provide the screenshot with any error message?
3.When ht elaptop is in the domain, no matter the laptop is in any Container, the users can use finger print option, is it right?
Or maybe only the laptop is in one specific OU, the users can not use finger print option.
For example:
When the laptop is in the Default Computer container, the users can not use finger print option.
And when the laptop is in one specific OU container, the users can not use finger print option, either.
Tip: After you move laptop in AD domain from one container to another container, please restart the laptop to check whether the users can use finger print option.
4.When the laptop is in the domain, please provide the gpresult for computer configuration to us with any finger print setting? You can provide the screenshot with the setting.
Please logon the laptop with domain administrator.
Open CMD and run as Administrator.
Type gpresult /h C:\GPO.html and click Enter.
Open GPO.html and check any setting related to finger print setting under "Computer Details".
Should you have any question or concern, please feel free to let us know.
Best Regards,
Daisy Zhou
