We have registered a multitenant application in the Active directory. The app's consent prompt is showing unverified in place of the publisher domain.

We have verified the publisher domain (portal.stg.lucency.com) but still, it shows unverified. Can someone help me?

Hi CuelogicLucency-3456 · Thank you for reaching out.

I recently worked on this issue and it turned out to be due to the change implemented on Nov 30, 2020. Now, if below options are not configured, consent prompt will show unverified, even if you have publisher domain already added.

Please refer to Mark your app as publisher verified on how to configure these settings.

As a workaround, you may also consider using an app registered before Nov 30, 2020.
