Business and personal email link error!

Good morning everyone.

I am trying to link my personal account with the business account.

but this is an error when selecting the account to link (Below)
"You can only link accounts that do not have a registered profile. Select a different account or check out our solution guidelines for more details."

but when I access the account and go to the linked accounts area, nothing appears to me. (Bellow)
