Yes as @JamesTran-MSFT updated you can't use the Microsoft Graph explorer for the Microsoft Graph for US Government L4/L5. Being said that you can call the API calls with the same endpoints "https://graph.microsoft.us/v1.0/me/" using the Microsoft Graph SDK and test it.
Graph Explorer for Govenment Tenant
We have this wonder app called "graph explorer" at https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/graph-explorer#
Can this app be used to sign into any GCC High account so that I fire queries like https://graph.microsoft.us/v1.0/me/
Thanks.

Thank you for your post!As of right now, Microsoft Graph for US Government L4 (https://graph.microsoft.us) and Microsoft Graph for US Government L5 (DOD - https://dod-graph.microsoft.us) are not supported within Graph Explorer.
For an app in US Government:
- If you're working in a Microsoft 365 GCC environment, continue using the worldwide endpoints: https://graph.microsoft.com and https://portal.azure.com.
- If you're working in a Microsoft 365 GCC High environment, use: https://portal.azure.us and https://graph.microsoft.us.
- If you're working in a Microsoft 365 DoD environment, use https://portal.azure.us and https://dod-graph.microsoft.us.
Access to US Government data using the worldwide endpoint will be disabled in the near future. For more info - Microsoft Graph and Graph Explorer service root endpoints
