Recently I moved my website to azure. The Microsoft team told us that 12 months of the free trial will be provided to a new user upon hosting a website. So, we switched our website i.e. https://digiroads.in. But after a month of subscription, the azure team suspended our account saying that our free credits are expired and we have to upgrade now to avail the services. The site is giving error 522 i.e. connection timed out or hosting error. Can somebody state the reason behind this? If the company is not providing a free trial of 12 months then why they are advertising it and misleading us. Does anyone else is facing or had face such type of issue before?

Do I have to pay something after 30 days?

At the end of your first 30 days or after you spend your ₹14,500 credit (whichever comes first), you will only pay for what you use beyond the free monthly amounts of services. To keep getting free services after 30 days, move to pay-as-you-go pricing. If you do not move to pay as you go, you can not purchase Azure services beyond your ₹14,500 credit—and eventually your account and services will be disabled.

So you will have to upgrade subscription to pay-as-you-go and avail free services. Do monitor the cost daily and set up budget alerts.
