[Android]cannot set up company profile thru Intune app

Dear anyone who knows solution

i tried to set up company profile(BYOD) thru Intune app but i cannot.

Intune app mentioned that to use Company portal app but Company portal app also mentioned to use Intune app.

if you have soluton could you help to solve it?

from capture, korean means that "it seems your account set up to use Intune"

and "it seems your account set up to use Company portal"

    1. Please check the Android version of the device.
    2. Please check brand of the Android device.
    3. Did you use Android device administrator method to enroll devices? If so, we can refer to the following article to enroll Android devices.

    For this issue, we don't need intune app during enrollment. It is suggested to do the following action:
    1.Make sure the setting "Use device administrator to manage devices" is selected in Devices > Android > Android enrollment > Personal and corporate-owned devices with device administrator privileges in intune portal.

    2.Delete the intune app in the device.
    3.Enroll the device again.
