hybrid centralized mail flow not working

hi,

we have configured hybrid setup with the centralized mailflow. but the emails from o365 to internet are not routing from internal exchange servers. it is directly sending to internet without coming to on-prem exchange servers and failing.

Any ideas, how can i check where this is misconfigured.

    Try to remove all connectors in Exchange online and send connectors on Exchange on-premises, then rerun HCW to recreate connector. After that, check whether mail flow become correct.

    If it doesn't working, I would confirm with you that: Whether there exist third party mail filter tool in your organization? If there are, try to remove them and test again. (There cannot exist mail filter tool between Exchange online and Exchange on-premises)
