some Word file keep crashing when print

Question

This is a weird issue, some word files have table can't print, it keep crashing when trying. When i deleted the table in this files, everything will be ok.
But this issue have just happen on few days recently. Before those files is ok.

Could you please check the version of your Office?
Have you made any changes to Office or printer before you encounter this issue? Such as install updates for Office.

I suggest your try the following steps to check this issue.

• Check if this issue recurs when converting the document to PDF.
• Save this .doc file as .docx format, and then print .docx file.
• Run Word in Safe Mode to have a check.
  Type winword /safe in Run dialog, then Word would run in Safe Mode, you may open one file with tables, print it.
• Backup files first, then go to Layout tab > Page Setup group > Margins > Custom Margins···, adjust the left and right margins larger.
• Please also make sure your install the latest printer driver.

I have no problem printing the file here.

Since the problem is caused by a particular table, try converting the table to text and then convert it back to a table.

You may also have to update the printer driver.
