Why Can't I Install Office 2016 in my other laptop?

Hi there my name is Hanzla. I am not able to install Office 2016 package in my laptop. It says Limit reached of installation
It gives me this type of error. I have installed using my license number for 3 times but now it won't. how to resolve this.?
Kindly anyone help me out here. It will be much appreciated.

    1. Sign in to Office Portal and navigate to the account page using the same account which is linked with the Office subscription.
    2. Click on the Install status tile, select Manage install
    3. Under Install status, select Deactivate to deactivate the Office installs you no longer use.
