Can I get help with a Skype account that keeps turning my camera and mic on but gives me a code of KB2566790 if I try to log into it? Skype Business and something called Lync is always showing up on my computer history but I cannot gain access to it. By the way, I have never used Skype or Lync. Any help would be great. If it is a program that starts the camera and mic on its own, how can I stop it, I disabled everything in settings that gives permission to use the cam or mic.

    If your computer installed Skype for Business client, you could uninstall it with the following two steps:

    Step 1. Stop Skype for Business from starting automatically.

    Step 2. Remove Skype for Business from your computer.
