ssh connection timed out when connecting to container instance ip adress

Hello,

Im trying to connect to my container instance in Azure cloud. The connection is always showing timed out. Have tried through several programs, Filezilla, cmd. Have tested it on other sites and it was working. Port 22 on container instance 9700-netstat.pngseems open(pls check image). What could be the problem?
