Deploying SfB Server 2019 not proceeding "Error: Local topology not present."

Hi there,

I'm trying to deploy SfB 2019 Server in my homelab and cannot proceed past step "Setup or Remove Skype for Business Server Components".

When running this step I get the following error:

Error: Local topology not present.

How can I resolve this please? Google is not giving me much luck and I've spent too many hours getting no where on this specific step.

I know it asks to use a local admin account for this step, but for other steps which also asks to use a local admin I have been successful in using a Domain Admin account, no issues.

    Did you publish the topology successfully in Skype for Business Server?

    According to your error message, it seems related to your topology in your server. It recommends you check if you have defined Skype for Business topology before installing additional server components. If you have published the topology and still have the same error message, you could try to delete this topology and republish.
