Source for exchange powershell

Hi Every One

I am new in exchange server. I need a source for learning, especially the powershell.
I Search in Microsoft Learn (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/exchange/exchange-management-shell?view=exchange-ps) but I can not find what I search for, for example I search for how to change the password policy for all the users (in one command), but I did not find it in the last link.
So Is there a good source for learning exchange in a systematic or programme way.
