    Hi @Khalid Al-Otaibi

Does this issue persist on internal users or external users?

Do you have any operations before this issue occurred?

According to your error message, it seems you might be blocking one/some of the ports with your firewall. You could try to check if you have opened these ports (UDP 3478, TCP 443, UDP/TCP 50000-59999). For more details about it, you can refer to:

    https://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/36407.skype-for-business-troubleshooting-we-couldnt-connect-to-the-presentation-because-of-network-issues.aspx#Troubleshooting

In addition, we recommend you try to check if there are any error message in your event viewer.

Finally I get the solution to the problem of disconnect calls randomly because the pending update on (SCCM) software center in the user machine PC, laptop, e.t.c... was hold the update to eSpace Huawei app was un success and failure to update every 20 min than all communication apps such teams, WebEx ,e.t.c shutdown the all communication platform on the PC and this behavior repeated every 20-30 minutes so I try to remove the eSpace Huawei app from SCCM from the affected user machine than booooom the issue resolved :)
