Load Balancer is not connecting to VM Scale set Instance

I have created a VM Scale set with Public IP using the wizard and recommended options. My application is running on port 80 on the created VM instance but I am not able to access it through LB.

How to troubleshoot?

    It was giving timeout. I realized that rule for port 80 access was not created in NSG. I added it manually and it started working.
