Halo microsoft, saya beli Microsoft 365 family via retail.
Dia akun microsoft saya sudah masuk lisensinya.
Tapi di komputer saya masih ada tulisan seperti terlampir.

@Agus Maulana ,
I would suggest you to download the new version from the Microsoft account portal . Office 2016 Pro plus is a different version and I am not sure if its a retail copy or M365 copy . The best thing would be to uninstall this version and install the new M365 version which is tied to your Microsoft account and that will work for you for sure.
