Unable to create knowledge base in QnA maker portal

Hi Team,
I once created a knowledge base using QnA maker web portal (refer screenshot A) but now it shows that there is no such knowledge base that exists (refer screenshot B).

I have a free azure subscription right now with me. When i try to create a new KB provided that i already have QnA service created (refer screenshot C), post i click on Refresh it does not load the relevant options under "Azure subscription name" dropdown (refer screenshot D)

@Aditya Sharma Could you please check and confirm if you are able to view your resource details on the service settings page from QnA portal?
This should be available from the top right hand corner of the page, right below your profile name.
If the operation times out then this could be the reason for your resources not being displayed on the Knowledge Bases page "My Knowledge Bases"

Also, can you try to open the qnamaker portal on a different browser or in private mode if it still fails to load the resource details?

Hi,
Based on your reply i have checked the service settings page and found no active service, kindly refer the below screenshot:-
However i would still need to open the QnA portal on different browsers and check if problem persist.

Thanks for checking. If the issue persists on a different browser we would request to send a query to our service team who would be able to lookup the issue from the backend and advise. Please use the general enquiry option from the qna maker portal so our team can assist.
