    Can you please provide more details:

    • Are you transferring data by just using "copy and paste"?
    • Where are you transferring this data to? A VM's desktop? Blob storage? etc.
    • How slow is the transfer rate? i.e. 45mbps, 1gbps, etc.
    • How much data are you transferring?

    If you haven't done so already, you can utilize AzCopy which is a command-line utility that copies blobs or files to or from a storage account. You can also use Storage Explorer which is similar to AzCopy but in GUI form. If you need to figure out a better solution to transfer data you can follow this link.
