Office 365 A1 subscription expired can she use Microsoft 365 Personal to access working profile TEAMS and organization.my-sharepoint site?

After an A1 license assigned to organization will expire what happens to organizations users assuming they have a personal office 365 subscriptions active? Could they access their files on https://organization-my.sharepoint.com/personal/username_organization_onmicrosoft_com or not ?
