Get refund

I have an Azure subscription which I want to remove, because I used it for a course. The subscription was disabled, because the period was expired. I thought I had to enable it first before I could delete it, so I provided my credit-card information. Now my card is charged with 90.75 euro. What do I have to do to get this money back, as I have no intention to use it?

    I am trying to ask for refund since a long time and i get expedited request reached error.
    This is the worst service I have every seen from Microsoft.

    I never authorized more than a $200 dollar credit at the University. During the M Build and S Build (Sun MicroSystems).
    Somebody owes me some money.
