I am getting error when access the website first time in the morning but once it is accessed then it is loaded correctly Is there any tuning i can do it

task is cancelled

Also is there best performance secret

500 error pages caused by OperationCanceledException are common indicators that the web site developers should review their code to better handle task related exceptions. What do you mean by "best performance secret"? Ask the developers to use a performance profiler and tune the web site. That's their responsibilities.
