I cannot access my free azure account

It has me signed up for Azure for students and that is NOT the right subscription. The one I'm trying to get to is the one that gives you $200 credit. Every time I try to access it it says I am subscribed but won't allow me to access it.
I need it to work for a college course I'm taking.
Any thoughts??

Make sure that the correct Azure directory is selected by clicking your account at the top right.
If the right Azure directory is selected but you still receive the error message, assign the Owner role to your account.

Hello. I cannot change directories, nor can I access it. When I try to create a new account it keeps asking for a credit card which I don't have. I need access to that platform so I can follow along correctly with the class I'm in for college. I tried using the Azure for Students but it just doesn't cut it. It is hard to follow along and it just doesn't match up. Please reply ASAP.

@om bangre You see the message 'You are not eligible for an Azure subscription'

To resolve this issue, double-check whether the following items are true:

The information that you provided for your Azure account profile (including contact email address, street address, and telephone number) is correct.

The credit card information is correct.

You don't already have a Microsoft account that uses the same information.
