Most Azure resources not loading (afd.hosting.portal.azure.net cannot be accessed)

Hi,

I have some issue when trying to access some Azure resources from the Portal. It always shows "Error displaying content". And when I run self-diagnostics, it shows an error on "Verify connectivity to Azure domains" and pointing to afd.hosting.portal.azure.net. I checked from diagnostics tools also from Google Chrome where I am accessing the portal, and it shows that connection to "afd.hosting.portal.azure.net"
is not pushing through.

Hi,

Today I was taking a look at this issue for a customer.
Problem was that a proxy in the middle is performing TLS inspection for https://afd.hosting.portal.azure.net, although not for https://portal.azure.com.

Once inspection certificate chain was trusted (attempt to browse to https://afd.hosting.portal.azure.net, accept warnings and get nd install certificate), the issue went away.

Another option would be request an exception to IT to not inspect this URL.
