We are recieving this events on a Azure VM, What can be done to fix this ?

    According to the error message, that the problem maybe due to not using the slab consolidation size as per the cluster size and defrag is failing for the same reason.​

    Please check and try this hotfix as mentioned here.

    If this does not fix the issue, then support team needs to check on this.
