Firewall problem?

my touch vpn is not working on my windows 10,and more over the epic games launcher is also not able to download the games. i got in touch with the techs working at epic but were not able to solve my problem. I am not able to find the problem regarding this so i ask for some help.

    Try turning the firewall off for a test to see if that resolve the issue.

    If you want to narrow down whether it is a firewall related issue. As Dave said, you can first turn off firewall and then check the results.
