1: The windows on my ssd suddenly crashed with BSOD the same day of installing latest update. The password box on startup doesn't show up now so I can't access the windows and automatic repair etc everything crashes. Safe mode is also inaccessible.

2: I switched to hard drive but I am unable to access my ssd properly as it says the device is write protected.

Tried everything for #1 but unable to fix the issue.

For #2 tried every common method to remove write protected. Nothing is working. The window says Disk is online but the software says offline.

is there anything I can do to fix?

Since you mentioned that issue occurred after installed latest update, try to roll back to previous time point from WinRE, system restore can fix the issue which caused by installing updates.
If you couldn’t restore system, you need to contact your SSD after-sale support engineer, why their product will show write protected suddenly and how to access to it.
In my opinion, you could insert your SSD into another PC to check if we can access to it as an external drive.
If still no help, this SSD has hardware write protected, contact manufacturer is the best method.
If can access to it this time, backup your important data to a safe place and format this SSD, insert it back and clean install Windows.

For #1, you can try uninstalling updates from Advanced recovery screen, select Uninstall updates.
