Add Link to Text in Power Apps

I am customizing a intake request form in Power Apps. At the top of the form I wanted to add a disclaimer before the user fills out the actual form. I want the description to include a link to a FAQ section for users to view in case their question can be answered there. Therefore, using the label option I put text in a card with a description.

I am having trouble figuring out how I can add a clickable link to the text. More specifically, where a user can click a phrase that has a hyperlink that opens up a link in a different tab. I added a photo for reference.

Is this possible in Power Apps?
