Supportability of Azure Monitor Application Insights with ColdFusion application deployed on IIS Server

Query - whether application insights will help us to monitor the system which is developed with Adobe Cold Fusion (2021) -deployed in IIS server 10.

As per my research; On-prem servers or non- Azure Cloud Deployment could be monitored by Azure Monitor Application Insights Agents (formerly known as Status Monitor V2). But this is supported for .Net Web Apps hosted on IIS Server. -https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-monitor/app/status-monitor-v2-overview

And ColdFusion works on Cold Fusion Markup Language..

So would system created through coldfusion deployed on IIS server; won’t be supported by Azure Monitor.?
