ESU with Army Gold Master?

Can you apply ESU to standalone Windows 7 Army Gold Master images?
Is it the normal ESU patching process, is there anything different, or is this just not possible?

    No, ESU is not a general update that can be added in Gold Master image like what we do usually, it needs a complex process to apply.
