Microsoft Office 365 Login issue

Question

I am integrating Microsoft office 365 login in one of my projet. In that Project, Web URL is a client wise. So, I can't add all URL as "Redirect URI" in App Registration. So I am doing login Using Passport JS in NodeJS. I have called /signin API in EJS template in same project. It's working perfectly.

But, When I am trying to call /signin API in React Project, its gives me cors error. I have called another API from React, that is working perfectly. But issue only with Sig in API, when it's called from React.
